The Hamilton Jr. Chargers Softball coaching staff is comprised of volunteers at all levels. Each team consists of one head coach and up to three assistant coaches. Coaches selected the previous year do not automatically qualify to coach the following season. Coaches will be evaluated every year along with any new candidates. Knowledge of the game along with the ability to: teach skills/fundamentals, motivate and coach in a positive manner, and effectively communicate with players/parents is required. All applications will be reviewed by the Hamilton Jr Chargers Board of Directors. All information is confidential.
